Position Overview The E-Commerce Sales Executive is responsible for driving online sales and maximizing revenue through various e-commerce platforms. This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing product listings, optimizing the online customer experience, and analyzing sales performance to identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and has a strong understanding of e-commerce tools and trends and consumer behavior. Key Responsibilities •Sales/ Promotions Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales/ promotions strategies to drive online revenue growth and achieve sales targets. •Product Management: Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and appeal. •Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to frame sales strategies. •Customer Engagement: Optimize online customer experience, including site navigation, product recommendations, and checkout processes, to increase conversion rates. •Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. •Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales. •Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers. •Technical Proficiency: Utilize e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems to manage and optimize sales activities.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  3. Online sales experience with creative acumen.
  4. Solid knowledge on ecommerce platform operations such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok and other platforms.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
