Job DescriptionsResponsibilities
1.Responsible for administrative tasks such as sales order processing, contract preparation, and invoice reconciliation, ensuring that all administrative tasks are complete and that service requirements in the showroom are met.
2.Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and promptly resolving issues.
3.Provide training and support to sales team members on system usage and best practices.
4.Oversee and manage housekeeping activities, ensuring cleanliness and organization of office spaces and showroom areas.
5.Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure high service standards and efficient management of daily duties.
6.Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in administration, secretarial roles, or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing housekeeping or facilities teams is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (daily work competence); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CRM systems.
- Strong teamwork abilities, excellent communication skills, and efficient time and priority management.
