Job Descriptions

1. Work as a receptionist to provide all information about service fees to the patient. 2. Gather patient’s information 3. Translate for patients who cannot speak English. 4.Help in making a receipt for PC patients if insurance coordinator is not available. 5.Help in answering emails, phone calls and inquiries in WhatsApp if no one is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Finance or any related field.
Have experience in Customer Service or have excellent communication skills.
Have experience as translator or can speak English, Russian or Arabic.
Strong understanding of medical terminology
