As an Insurance Coordinator, you will be the vital link between patients and insurance companies, ensuring that all insurance-related processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage patient insurance information, handle billing and claims, and maintain accurate records while providing exceptional service to both patients and insurance representatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in insurance coordination or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of medical terminology to accurately process and communicate insurance information.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
