Job Descriptions
1. การจัดการและทำการฝึกสอน การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน และการจัดเตรียมการเข้างานสำหรับพนักงาน 2. วิเคราะห์ข้อยกเว้น ค้นหาและติดตามปัญหา และกำหนดให้หน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบทำการปรับปรุง 3. จัดทำรายงานรายสัปดาห์/รายเดือน 4. ปรับปรุงกระบวนการจัดการคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง 5. วางแผนงานภายในแผนก 6. จัดการประชุมกับแผนกต่างๆ เพื่อรับทราบปัญหาที่สำคัญ และติดตามผลการดำเนินการแก้ไข 7. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาเป็นการชั่วคราว
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาภาษาจีน ,วิทยาศาสตร์ และวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
  2. สามารถพูดภาษาจีน - ไทยได้ดี
  3. ต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการมากกว่า 2 ปี และคุ้นเคยกับ QC 7 tools , 8D , 5 Why
  4. หากมีประสบการณ์ในงาน CCL และ PCB จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบคุณภาพ IATF 16949, ISO9001
  6. เข้าใจหลักการของ SPC และสามารถใช้งาน Minitab ได้
  7. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานระหว่างแผนก
  8. สามารถร่วมมือกับข้อกำหนดของบริษัทเพื่อจัดทำรายงานการปรับปรุงและคำอธิบายแก่ลูกค้า และมีความเชี่ยวชาญในการผลิตและเผยแพร่การนำเสนอ
