Job Descriptions
1.ติดตามและเรียกเก็บหนี้: ตรวจสอบยอดหนี้ค้างชำระจากลูกค้าและติดตามการชำระหนี้ให้ตรงตามกำหนด 2.ประสานงานกับลูกค้า: ติดต่อกับลูกค้าเพื่อให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานะการชำระหนี้ และกระตุ้นให้ทำการชำระหนี้ 3.จัดทำรายงาน: สรุปและรายงานยอดหนี้ค้างชำระ AR Aging ปัญหาหนี้สูญ และสถานะการเก็บหนี้ในแต่ละเดือน 4.จัดทำใบวางบิลพร้อมเอกสารประกอบการวางบิล ส่งให้ลูกค้าตามกำหนด อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน 5.Set Price & Discount - Customer กลุ่มลูกค้า Modern Trade อย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน 6. ดึงข้อมูลยอดขายจากช่องทางการขายออนไลน์ (Ecommerce) เช่น Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok 7.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน และแผนกอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า สาขาบัญชีและการเงิน
  2. สามารถใช้ Microsoft ได้ดี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ติดตามทวงถามหนี้ ทำAR Aging
  5. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับลูกค้า Modern Trade หรือ Traditional Trade จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีประสบการณ์ดึงข้อมูลยอดขายจากช่องทางการขายออนไลน์ (Ecommerce) เช่น Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok
