Job Descriptions

- Manage reports, earnings releases, and presentations in compliance with SET regulations. - Monitor and analyze the financial performance of peer companies and industry trends to deliver valuable insights for the company’s strategic decisions. - Ensure the timely and accurate disclosure of financial information to stakeholders. - Prepare high-quality investor relations materials, such as the MD&A, Annual Report, and Form 56-1. - Develop and execute investor relations strategies that align with the company’s goals. - Manage and sustain effective communication with investors and shareholders. - Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial reports, earnings releases, and other investor-related materials. - Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, annual general meetings, and other corporate events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Law or a related field.
At least 5 years experience in investor relations.
Strong financial analysis skills, understanding of SET regulations.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
