Job Descriptions
•This position exists to be a group leader of customer service and administration to operations and assist team with day-to-day operational activities within the warehouse.
•The critical functions are maintain WMS data and document process in warehouse/transport operation and reconciliation of physical product with its management system.
•To support the operation to meet the SLA target according to company and customer expectation.
Qualifications
- Very good in Correspondent skill.
- Good command in English and correspondence.
- High analytical and problem solving skill.
- Administrative skills including reporting, filing, accounts reconciliation.
- Basic PC computer skills including MS applications Excel and Word
- Good personality and service mind
- Able to work under pressure.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in Logistics industrials and warehousing system.
- New graduate is welcome.
- Knowledge in Warehousing, Transportation and Customs is advantaged.
- Able to lead team to archive company goal.
