•Manage overall resources and operation in the balance of customer service and warehouse functions to achieve SLA and team performance •Maintain and increase the highest efficiency of services. •Educate and coach staff to deliver excellent quality •Supervise, encourage and support safety and security improvement, together with implementation of improvement projects. •Support to monitor and control operation to reach the highest project profitability

Qualifications

Very good in Correspondent skill.
Good command in English and correspondence.
Excellent in analysis skill.
Experienced team builder and participant.
Ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce to achieve desired results.
End-to-end supply chains experience, especially logistics IT, transportation, warehousing management and importation and exportation.
Knowledge of Logistics business and Manufacturing and the ability to lead team to constant Lean improvement
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experienced in Business Development and Marketing
3 years working experience
