Job Descriptions

•Managed day to day operation activities to satisfy customer at over expectation level and highest efficiency level and comply with the policy and procedure. •To be a key player of operation development including process, equipment and especially people development. •There is also cover for warehousing process control and people management, focusing on handling, KPIs of stock accuracy and on-time delivery, together with continuous improvement, safety and security in the accordance to the compliance.

Qualifications

•Good analytical and problem solving skill
•Communication and Negotiation skill
•Strong leadership skill
•Proactive and able to work under pressure.
•Ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce to achieve desired results.
•Familiar with fast-pace environment and result focused.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, engineering, or logistics management.
•3-5 years working experience in supervisor level
•Experience in warehousing, inventory, or transport management would be advantage.
•Competency in English and computer.
•Good at Presentation and Communication skill
•Initiatives & Human relation skills
