1.ให้บริการลูกค้าหลังการขาย รับสาย/ตอบแชท/ตอบอีเมลล์
2.โทรออกเพื่อสอบถามความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
3.รับเรื่องร้องเรียนต่างๆ
เงินเดือน 22,000 บาท
สวัสดิการ:
ค่า KPIและเบี้ยขยัน รวม 1,750 บาท วันลาหยุดพักร้อน,ประกันสังคม ประกันสุขภาพ
เวลางาน: 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ เวลางานเป็นกะ 9.00 - 18.00, 13.00 - 22.00 และ 22.00-7.00
เดือนแรกเป็นเทรนนิ่ง เข้า จันทร์ ถึง ศุกร์ 9.00-18.00
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรีสาขาใดก็ได้ และยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่ อายุไม่เกิน 38ปี
- สามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับ B2 ถึง Advanced (ดี ถึง ดีมาก)
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ วันหยุดอาจไม่ตรงเสาร์อาทิตย์
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
