Job Descriptions
We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee and coordinate interior design and finishing projects for our premium properties (villas and public spaces). The primary focus of this role is to ensure the effective performance of contractors, adherence to timelines and budgets, as well as to conduct quality control and serve as the key contact point for cross-departmental collaboration on design and finishing matters. Key Responsibilities: 1.Contractor Management: oNegotiate and oversee contract execution. oCoordinate timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. oResolve disputes and find optimal solutions in challenging situations. 2.Quality Control: oMonitor on-site works to ensure compliance with project specifications and design concepts. oOrganize inspections and approvals. oEnsure adherence to quality standards. 3.Team Collaboration: oCommunicate with Sales and Marketing teams. oProvide design and material training for the Sales team. oAlign decisions with department heads. 4.Design Solutions: oParticipate in material, furniture, and accessory selection, evaluating options based on cost-efficiency and quality. oIdentify local alternatives. oCollaborate with external designers as required. 5.Administrative Tasks: oMaintain project documentation, schedules, and reports. oPresent project outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications
  1. Strong management skills: Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
  2. Expertise in design/architecture: A keen eye for aesthetics, familiarity with technical details, and an understanding of design concepts.
  3. Analytical approach: Ability to evaluate cost vs. quality and identify optimal solutions for materials and finishes.
  4. Exceptional communication skills: Proficiency in negotiations and coordination with contractors and internal teams.
  5. Language proficiency: Fluency in English (knowledge of Thai is a plus) for effective interaction with local and international suppliers.
  6. Attention to detail: A high level of responsibility and a results-driven mindset.
