Job Descriptions
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery for both domestic and international customers while maintaining accurate shipment plans and supporting smooth transit. - Prepare, review, and manage all necessary documentation for customs compliance, including import/export entry documents, NAFTA documentation, freight paperwork, and shipment evidence. - Work closely with carriers, brokers, suppliers, and customers to streamline logistics processes, negotiate terms and rates, and reduce costs while ensuring compliance with Thai customs regulations. - Track and expedite materials, oversee the collection and delivery of goods, verify shipment details, and ensure proper coding and classification for accurate logistics operations. - Maintain and update key tracking systems, including seafreight lead time boards for EU and AS regions, ERP systems, and shipment schedules to ensure visibility and efficiency. - Review and reconcile freight bills and invoices, debit suppliers for non-compliance with logistics procedures, and support the implementation of operational plans to optimize supply chain performance. - Provide proactive communication and coordination to address inquiries, meet compliance requirements, and deliver exceptional service throughout the supply chain.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in Thai Customs
  3. Familiarity with excel or ERP would be advantaged
  4. English: Intermediate
