Overview: The Tennis Court Manager will oversee all operations at Ace of Clubs, ensuring a premium experience for players and visitors. This role combines operational management, customer service, and business development to maintain Ace of Clubs's reputation as a top-tier tennis facility. Key Responsibilities: • Facility Management: - Supervise daily operations, including court reservations, cleanliness, and maintenance. - Ensure the courts meet international standards for professional and recreational play. - Coordinate with maintenance teams for routine inspections and timely repairs of courts and equipment. • Customer Service: - Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, bookings, and complaints promptly. - Develop relationships with regular patrons to encourage loyalty. - Manage membership programs and promotional activities. • Staff Supervision: - Recruit, train, and manage court attendants, cleaning staff, and administrative personnel. - Schedule staff shifts and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations. • Financial Oversight: - Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability. - Oversee billing processes, manage vendor contracts, and prepare financial reports. • Marketing and Community Engagement: - Collaborate with marketing teams to promote Ace of Clubs and organize events, such as tournaments and workshops. - Build partnerships with local tennis communities, schools, and clubs to drive engagement. - Utilize social media and other channels to attract new customers and retain existing ones. • Compliance and Safety: - Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. - Implement policies for the protection and well-being of all customers and staff.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in sports or hospitality.
  2. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in using management software for scheduling and financial tracking.
  5. Passion for tennis or a solid understanding of sport is a plus.
  6. Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
