Job Descriptions

Products: Automotive parts, Industry equipment Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00 Location: Sathorn Square Office Tower, North Sathorn Road, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok (BTS Chong nonsi) 🔹 Lead and manage an Export team of 5 members. 🔹 Receive customer orders and update production and delivery schedules. 🔹 Oversee inventory control for both domestic and international operations. 🔹 Coordinate delivery schedules by liaising with overseas branches and suppliers. 🔹 Prepare purchase orders (PO) and issue invoices. 🔹 Arrange shipments via ocean, air, or truck with suppliers and warehouses. 🔹 Verify export customs clearance documents and ensure compliance. 🔹 Provide weekly and monthly reports to management. 🔹 Report directly to a Japanese Manager.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as an Inventory Control Manager in a trading or manufacturing company (Experience in trading or the automotive industry is a plus).
At least 8 years of experience handling import/export documentation and processes (Experience in Export Entry is an advantage).
Strong English communication skills (TOEIC 750+).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, XLOOKUP) and Outlook.
Experience working in a Japanese trading company is preferred.
Background in the automotive or trading industry is highly desirable.
