Job Descriptions
Who We Are PJWOOD is a leading manufacturer of high-quality wooden furniture for export. We are expanding and looking for a dynamic Operation Manager to oversee and optimize our production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead and manage Production, Maintenance, Planning, Production Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams. ✅ Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. ✅ Ensure production meets quality standards and customer requirements. ✅ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement. ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve production challenges. ✅ Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing or operations management (wood or furniture industry preferred).
  3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  4. Experience with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is a plus.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively in Thai and English.
