Job Descriptions

- Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to deployment and maintenance. - Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code while enforcing best practices and coding standards. - Architect, design, and implement complex solutions to support new features and system enhancements. - Translate business and technical requirements into well-defined system designs, providing accurate effort estimations. - Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the team. - Identify potential technical challenges and proactively recommend scalable solutions and optimizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, in Computer Science, IT, Computer Business or any related fields.
Experience with concurrency, multithreading, and distributed systems. Proficient in designing and implementing APIs
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker)
Familiarity with messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) and event-driven architectures.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
Experience with software architecture design.
Proficient in database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
