Job Descriptions
• Act as the primary channel of communication for customer requirements and commitments. • Relay information from customers to the company and ensure clear communication. • Monitor purchase orders and order entries to align with customer requirements. • Check and update customer orders, ensuring timely responses to fulfill customer needs. • Manage and coordinate logistics and shipments to ensure on-time delivery. • Process customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution. • Keep customers informed about lead times and order availability. • Generate invoices based on Sales Order Confirmations and Output Orders for relevant departments. • Prepare shipping plans and coordinate with the shipping department for timely deliveries. • Collaborate with the production team to track Job Order statuses and communicate deadlines to customers. • Familiarity with Customs Department and BOI processes, including liaising with government officers as needed. • Monitor shipping documents for accuracy. • Liaise with the Finance Department for invoice processing, including Credit/Debit Note releases. • Maintain and update the Sales Monthly Performance Report.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or a similar role.
  3. Have excellent ability to speak, read and write English.
  4. Have knowledge of supply chain, logistics and import-export.
  5. Experience in following up and coordinating in English communication between customers and related teams.
  6. Have knowledge in creating invoices based on sales order confirmation and shipping documents.
  7. Have knowledge of customs and BOI coordination processes.
  8. Have knowledge of invoice processing including issuing credit notes/debit notes.
  9. Advanced computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  10. Have knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems.
  11. Have a passion for excellent service and a good attitude.
  12. Has leadership and is good at solving immediate problems.
