Job Descriptions

1. ERP Support system 2. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. 3. Manage day-end processes, data backup, and recovery. 4. Prepare and support AV equipment for conferences and meetings.required by the company. 5. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. -Purchase new equipment and services as required by the company. 6. Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults 7.Administrate Windows server, Network Device, Security System, Antivirus, Backup and Storage System 8. Provisioning network devices and servers 9. Manage and document IT operation manual 10.Backup we use: Shadow backup file, 11. Support other IT tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
Experience in IT system development for industries such as automotive, manufacturing, etc.,
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
More than 3-5 years of experience as an IT Support or IT Officer
Good command of English is must, and proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
