Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
•Customer Interaction: Handle communications with customers through various channels including WhatsApp, LINE OA, and email to manage their laundry requests.
•Scheduling: Assist both customers and the internal team with scheduling pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring seamless service operations.
•Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to oversee purchasing and coordinate delivery schedules to all outlets.
•Support for Delivery Team: Provide real-time support to delivery riders, helping resolve issues during pickup and delivery of orders, including assistance with translations and guidance.
•Payment Processing: Manage payment processes by issuing payment links and informing customers of available payment methods. Coordinate closely with the operations team to facilitate delivery planning based on payments received.
Qualifications
- Must be a Thai Nationality Only
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service Role in any industry
- Must be able to Speak and Type in English
- Able to work under tight schedules and fast pace environment
- Able to use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Honest and have a great sense of responsibility is important
- Able to work over weekends and Six days a week from 09:00hrs – 18:00hrs in Sukhumvit Nana area.
