Job Descriptions
- Manage the entire project delivery process and mobilize resources to ensure the achievement of project goals. - Coordinate with customers and internal resources for the flawless execution of projects. - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. - Provide weekly progress updates to the PD and MD on project milestones, identify strategies to resolve problems, and address any issues during meetings. - Monitor and control project revenue and expenses to ensure maximum efficiency. - Identify and mitigate related risks while solving problems during project delivery. - Ensure customer satisfaction in project delivery and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Measure project and team performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. - Perform cost analysis, monitoring, and optimization management for the project. - Support the company’s project bidding processes. - Perform other responsibilities or tasks as required by the company.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication Engineering Technology or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of project manager experience in telecommunications (experience in RF).
  3. Knowledge in the areas of resentment management Project team director.
  4. Strong RF management skills, including coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
  5. Cluster ownership and handling of customer complaints.
  6. Good command in English.
