Job Overview: As a Product Specialist (Academy) at Gofive, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our innovative solutions and the customers who use them. Guiding both our internal teams and external clients through every step of product learning and implementation. This role requires exceptional communication skills, not only face to face with our clients but also particularly in front of the camera. You must be comfortable leading video conferences, recording solo training videos, and ensuring that your message is clear and engaging for diverse audiences. Your responsibilities will include developing training roadmaps, leading hands-on workshops, and collaborating closely with our product teams to create clear, engaging learning materials. What you'll do: * Training Program Management: Oversee comprehensive learning and development programs for the customer success team. * Training Roadmap Development: Design and implement training roadmaps to deepen product knowledge for both internal teams and external clients. * Workshop and Seminar Delivery: Lead hands-on workshops and training sessions, both live and recorded, for internal teams and clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of our products. * Content Creation: Create engaging learning materials, including manuals, guides, videos, and online resources to support product training. * Video Presentations: Deliver video training sessions and presentations confidently in front of the camera, both live and pre-recorded, to ensure clear and engaging communication for diverse audiences. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure product updates and best practices are effectively communicated across the organization and to clients. * Client Enablement: Ensure internal teams and clients are fully equipped with the resources and knowledge to maximize the use of our software solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking on camera and recording videos.
