Job Descriptions
- ช่วยเหลือทีมบัญชีทางด้าน AR/AP/ST
- ช่วยจัดทำเอกสำร Invoice สำหรับส่งสินค้า
- ช่วยดูแลและติดตามการวางบิล และการรับเช็ค
- บันทึกบัญชีขายสินค้า และบันทึกการรับชำระหนี้เข้าโปรแกรมบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบลูกหนี้ค้างชำระและตรวจสอบรายการลูกหนี้ และ นำเช็ครับฝากเข้าบัญชีบริษัท
- ดูแลติดตามการชำระเงินให้ได้ตามกำหนดเวลาและถูกต้องตรงตามนโยบายบริษัทลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อภาษีขาย (Account Stock Officer & Account Receivable Officer)
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศ หญิง อายุ 18-28
- ปวช , ปวส , ป.ตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถสื่อสารอย่างชัดเจนและมีประสิทธิภาพกับทีมงานและลูกค้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานและผู้อื่นในองค์กรได้อย่างเป็นระบบและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ความรู้ด้านการบัญชีและการเงิน เช่น การเข้าใจหลักการบัญชี การบันทึกบัญชี เรื่องภาษี (
- ซื่อสัตย์ / สุจริต
- ขยัน / อดทนกับแรงกดดันได้สูง
- กระตือรือร้น มีความรอบคอบ
- มีทักษะในการใช้ MS Office ได้ในระดับดี
