Job Descriptions

• Define feasible product specifications based on target performance, capacity, operating temperature range, and product size. • Identify potential design concerns and propose risk mitigation strategies. • Design the refrigerant circuit, including circuit configuration and refrigerant charge optimization. • Select and evaluate **refrigerant circuit components** (compressors, heat exchangers, solenoid valves, capillary tubes, etc.) for performance and compatibility. • Create product drawings and coordinate with component suppliers. • Conduct verification tests on prototypes and analyze test results. • Manage project progress related to refrigeration cycle design and coordinate with other departments. • Develop and execute design strategies • Prepare design documents and technical reports. • Other assign tasks Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Laemchabang Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:15(Mon-Fri)

Qualifications

Age 27-45 years
Any gender
Bachelor's degree in any engineering
At least 5 years of design experience in air conditioner company
Hands-on experience in refrigeration cycles and air conditioning systems
Design experience in VRF systems (both indoor and outdoor units).
Deep understanding of refrigeration cycles and air conditioning systems.
Ability to review technical drawings with accuracy.
Self-motivated with the ability to gather necessary information independently.
Strong willingness to learn and ability to mentor and support junior employees.
Problem-solving skills and leadership qualities to drive projects forward.
Experience in refrigeration cycle design for VRF systems (heat recovery models) is preferable.
Ability to work in Japanese (preferred for communication with the Japan headquarters) is preferable.
