Job Descriptions
Quality Assurance
1. Manage and control customer specific requirements
2.Setup key performance indicator (KPl) and planning to achieve the KPI of department.
3.Setup Monthly meeting review quality management (KPI, Customer requirement, Intemal & Extemal audit)
4.Plan employee and set up budget department to be consistent with the business of company.
5.Monitor action plan and review result report to director (Management review)
6.Coordinate with customer to improvement process and product for Customer Satisfaction.
7.Support Quality Engineer to achieve customer requirement.
8.Review Document department (Quality Procedure,WI, SOP, Format)
9.Quality weekly meeting review
10.Quality Improvement Project
11.Verification process and product meet to customer requirement before mass production
12.Prepare equipment and work instruction to testing verify part and equipment
Quality System
1.Review Quality System up todate
2.Planning, prepare and Coordinate Internal & External (Second and Third party)
3.Monitor Quality System Document uptodate
4.Conclude Quality System Monthly Report & Management Review Report
5.Report quality objective and action plan
6.Understand to customer requirement
7.Monitoring customer satisfaction (Covisint) and customer score card
Support Engineer and Supervisor achieve target
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย , หญิง
- อายุ 33 ปี ขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขา วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ เครื่องกล, เครื่องยนต์, อุตสาหการ
- ประสบการณ์ด้านอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ด้านอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ในส่วนของ QA Asst. Manager อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- เคยผ่านการอบรม IATF16949, ISO9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, SPC, MSA, 8D Report Course
- ทำงาน จันทร์ - ศุกร์ (08:00 - 17:00)
