Job Descriptions

• Manage team members' tasks and support project management for development. • Work alongside the manager to plan schedules, assign tasks, and conduct design reviews. • Prepare and compile necessary development documents (specifications, design documents, review materials, etc.) • Coordinate with production factories and headquarters in Japan. • Analyze development challenges and propose solutions. • Handle regulatory applications and documentation. • Modify base models to meet local regulations and market requirements. • Design structural components to comply with regional safety standards (e.g., flame-resistant design, installation requirements). • Adjust operation parameters such as airflow and performance specifications to meet regulatory standards. • Conduct prototype testing and modify evaluation sets. • Design external components, fans, and electrical enclosures (sheet metal and plastic parts), including drawing creation and verification. • Create and review bill of materials (BOM) and assembly guidelines. • Develop specifications and design documents for external parts, fans, and electrical enclosures. • Evaluate the performance of enclosure parts, including airflow, packaging for transportation, and internal temperature conditions in electrical enclosures. Qualifications

Age 30-45 years
Male / Female
Bachelor's degree in any engineering
Practical experience in a product development team for air conditioners or similar products.
At least 3 years’ experience in project management or mentoring subordinates.
Team leadership experience, including task delegation and schedule management
Experience in development process events and design reviews.
At least 5 years of experience in plastic or sheet metal component design of air conditioner
Basic PC skills (Excel, Word).
Experience in **2D/3D CAD design** (must have experience in at least one of the following: fan design, external component design, or electrical enclosure design).
Experience in VRF outdoor unit enclosure design for commercial air conditioning systems is preferable.
Experience in designing indoor units (ducted systems, cassette-type units) is preferable.
Experience in refrigeration cycle design for air conditioners is preferable.
Be able to use Japanese language is preferable.
