Job Descriptions
•Manage the company’s social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, LINE OA)
•Provide product information, customer support, and appointment scheduling on all social platforms
•Plan and develop social media content to enhance brand awareness and engagement
•Design and analyze marketing campaigns to drive sales growth
•Prepare performance reports, analyze data, and refine strategies for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, social media, or Content Creator (Experience in the health & beauty industry is a plus)
- Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
- Ability to plan marketing campaigns, analyze target audiences, and propose marketing strategies
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., TikTok, CapCut), Canva skill for making Artwork.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with different teams
