Job Descriptions

• Plays an IT Manager role in Implementing projects and represents IT team for Meetings/discussions with customers coordinating with both internal Resources, external Customers/vendors for seamless execution of projects within Timeline & Scope • Coordinate with corporate IT leadership to align local IT strategies with the overall organizational goals and initiatives. • Establishes relationships with technology and component vendors • Coordinates training and orientation to users on IT applications and helps them become familiar with company’s core IT systems. • Organises support, troubleshooting of IT applications with business users, Corporate IT and Customer’s IT team to identify and fix issues. • Has a thorough understanding of available technology and researches to learn about innovative solutions and new releases • Offers specialised expertise in IT Solutions needs for warehousing and logistics processes • Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements. • Ensuring effective front end and back end functionality of applications • Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance. • Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the HQ IT. • Keeping record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates. • Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics. Providing front end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information System/ Computer Engineering / Computer Science
Experience in IT more 5 years
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in the logistics and supply chain
Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system administration.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Fast working and high response to end user
