Job Description
>The machine operates in production area to complete production operation with safety systems and product specifications in order to ensure normal operation of equipments and correspondence to quality standards› Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
› Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
› Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in
case of unsafe or polluting hazards
* Strict adherence to labor instructions.
* Discharge aims and tasks set by immediate manager or higher authority.
* Keeping equipment in order and clean conditions at the working place according to the corporate standards and 5S principles (lay out control, hand tools control, PPE)
* Understand and operate following working instruction strictly
* Performance of the duties of the absent employee during the period of absence from the job of another
employee with similar job functions
* Protection of commercial secrets, as well as the privacy of other information relevant to the interests and safety of other employees and/or the Employer
* To follow the production process according to requirements of labor and fire safety.
* To check equipment according to the start-stop check list.
* AM / PM machine in case small job function for maintenance machine
* To collect data of quantity and reason of both scrap and rework-workoff
* Provide timely accurate reporting of scrap and CM stock daily and other concern report
* Support all activities outside machine i.e. cleaning tread color cap, sheeting RWWO at babymill, etc.
