Job Descriptions
- ต้อนรับและให้บริการลูกค้าจากยุโรปและจีนผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ และลูกค้า Walk-in - ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการเบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้า - ประสานงานกับทีมงานและทนายความเพื่อส่งต่อข้อมูลหรือคำร้องขอของลูกค้า - ดูแลและจัดการเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานต้อนรับและการบริการ - รับ-ส่งอีเมล และช่วยเหลือด้านงานธุรการเบื้องต้น ทำงานวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ หยุด เสาร์-อาทิตย์และนขัตฤกษ์วันหยุดพิเศษปลายปี
Qualifications
  1. Female, NOT OVER 30 YEARS OLD.
  2. Hight Vocation Certificate or Higher
  3. Have at least 2 years of working experience.
  4. Good to Exellent English communication skills.
  5. Good Chinese Communication Skills.
  6. Must have good personality with outstanding customer service orientation with good problem-solving skills
  7. Computer literate with advance knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  8. Creative and a great team player.
  9. Have a positive attitude toward the company and high level of responsibility.
