Job Descriptions
Support และแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ของ User ทั้งหมด สร้าง Report และ Support ระบบ ERP (Epicor) ดูแล ระบบ Network ภายใน รวมถึงแก้ปัญหาระบบ Network. ดูแล แก้ปัญหา รวมถึงบำรุงรักษาและ Backup ข้อมูล Server, File Server, Database Server, AD Server, Printer. Support ระบบ SCP, CCTV และ Link-I (เครื่องจักร) ควบคุมและตรวจสอบ ลิขสิทธิ์ Hardware และ Software คอมพิวเตอร์ให้ถูกต้อง การสร้างและควบคุม E-mail account จัดทำเอกสาร ISO และเอกสารอื่นๆ ของแผนก
Qualifications
  1. เพศ หญิง / ชาย อายุ 25 -30 ปี
  2. ปริญญาตรีด้านคอมพิวเตอร์
  3. ประสบการณ์ทางด้าน SUPPORT 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. Extensive experience of computers and servers
  5. Thorough understanding of PC and network hardware
  6. Experience in ERP support (มีความเข้าใจและมีพื้นฐานด้าน ERP จะจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  7. สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบเครือข่าย
  8. สามารถ พูด อ่าน และ เขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี , มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  9. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
