Job Descriptions
1.Prepare all technical requirements before production according to the production plan, convert customer drawings into production-ready formats, and organize the preparation of production work instructions and inspection documents.
2.Responsible for updating and managing the processes for all customer products.
3.Maintain records of sample deliveries to customers for timely reference.
4.Assist the customer service team in preparing customer quotations and managing customer part numbers systematically.
5.Implement production processes, drawings, and other technical documentation.
6.Oversee the initial production and establishment of testing fixtures and create management standards for them.
7.Manage external documents and drawings, promoting comprehensive quality management.
8.Provide technical guidance to employees and oversee quality inspections, ensuring strict adherence to process requirements.
9.Prepare samples and quotations promptly and maintain records of sample deliveries.
10.Standardize the company’s technical standards and prepare necessary documents to guide production and inspection processes.
11.Fully understand the company’s equipment to troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
12.Collaborate with the HR department to facilitate relevant training for personnel.
13.Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor in mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with materials, equipment, production processes, and related aspects.
- Team player
- Good communication
- Minimum 5-year experience in managing a group of 10-15 people
- Proficient in AUTO-CAD and PRO-E (or equivalent engineering design software) and capable of executing PPAP using relevant quality and process management tools.
