Job Descriptions

- Quality management systems ISO9001 and ISO14001. - In-house defect monitoring ana control. - Improvement and review the inspection and QC standard. - Root causes analyzing the NC product defect and take countermeasure to prevent reoccurrence problems. - KPI quality monthly report to top management. - Responsible for managing the customer claim documentation and taking countermeasures. - Develop multi-skill operator. - Others as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
3-5 years of experience in related
Male, Age between 28-35 years old
Strong knowledge in QC7 tools, 8D report and quality core tools
Leadership skills and communication skill are necessary
Proactive and good attitude
Good computer literate in MS Office or related field
Can communicate in English
Experience with wire harness manufacturing is advantage
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
