Job Descriptions

• Develop and adjust optimal production plans taking into account the blending process. • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage raw materials while preventing blending errors. • Reduce production losses and ensure stable quality. • Improve production efficiency while taking into account equipment maintenance plans. • Liaise with sales, logistics, and purchasing to ensure smooth production. • Respond quickly to raw material delays and quality defects and manage risks. • Optimize the production process and improve efficiency. • Having meeting with Japanese managers to report and improve • Cooperate with Sales and Supply Chain about deadline and so on. • Other tasks might be assigned Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Pinthong Indutstrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

Qualifications

Age 30-45 years
Any gender
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years’ experience as Production Planning in chemicals or foods/beverage as flexible liquid
At least 3 years of experience as a leader (Experience of working with 30-50 people as a team)
Conversational-high level of English (Internal communication and meeting)
Having ambitious and always seek efficiency while promoting harmony within the team
Experience of daily goods or fresheners at any Japanese manufacturers is preferable.
