Job Descriptions

Tasks & responsibilities - Perform overall recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, completing background checks, onboarding - Screen and review candidates' resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates - Administer appropriate company assessments - Updating and finding new recruitment sources and labor market - Effectively utilize available sourcing tools - Innovate ways of attracting more candidates - Accurately update trackers and monitor candidate movement - Complete timely reports on employment activity - Assist with basic sales and product training for new hires

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3-year experience in recruitment and specialist/senior recruitment
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Recruitment experience is an advantage
With good understanding of social media networks
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
