Job Descriptions
•Manage and optimize stock levels to prevent shortages and excess inventory •Oversee and execute inventory orders to maintain optimal stock levels •Maintain and organize inventory documentation, including requisitions and purchase orders •Accurately input and update stock information in the computer system •Process stock issuance using computer controls, ensuring accuracy •Monitor and manage company assets, ensuring accurate records and proper maintenance •Generate and analyze inventory monthly reports and related reports for insights and status updates •Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve supply chain issues •Identify and implement improvements in inventory management processes •Handling the fixed asset disposal selling process
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
  2. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, writing, reading)
  3. Proficient in computerized skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
  4. Ability to analyze inventory data and trends
  5. Capability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
