•Maintain excellent communication skills for interactions with clients and influencers.
•Exhibit strong project management abilities for the smooth execution of campaigns.
•Plan and execute influencer campaigns in line with client/team KPIs.
•Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), including seeking, contacting, negotiating, and cooperating with them.
•Develop KOL strategies and control the quality of KOLs' work.
•Manage campaign timelines, costs, and goal achievements.
•Produce campaign reports based on the timeline and details of each campaign.
•Stay connected with KOLs on various platforms and continuously explore new potential KOLs.
•Undertake daily administrative tasks for department coordination.
•Identify, develop, and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
•Propose strategic influencer marketing plans according to business objectives.
•Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather vital data.
•Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with relevant information.
•Assist in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
•Directly communicate with clients to foster trust-based relationships.
•Listen to clients' needs and communicate them to the internal team for a tailored approach.
•Monitor the results of all campaigns to ensure they run smoothly and meet clients' KPIs.
Location•Bachelor’s degree in any field.
•Experience in media placement or relevant work is a plus.
•Understanding of social media platforms and knowing what content suits each platform.
•Creativity in designing KOL campaigns.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
