Job Descriptions

- Follow up Meeting to the production for the result of production daily, weekly and monthly. - Issued Production Planning / EDI-KB Daily - Weekly - Receive Forecast data for review Production Capacity Workload / Summary monthly report Vol. - Review Capacity for Feedback confirm to Customer support - Coordinate with related departments to ensure the production is operated efficiently. - Maintain EPR -System BOM / MRP system such as stock on hand, receiving the Plan of RM and amount, FG and PR on hand, - Follow Order raw material and monitoring. - Analyze the causes of stock FG / WIP/ RM control and Follow up solving problems. - KPI, Budget control / Work Instruction / procedure / Q-Point / Check sheet / Summary report - New Model Stock run down / PCR / ECI / ECN / APQP-Team / Improve on section process. - Other Assignment from the supervision section.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree to engineer or related fields .
Age 25-35 Year
Have experience to automotive part Tier 1st
Have experience more than 5 Year about logistic process
Knowledge TPS System / Just in time / Kanban / MRP /Milk run system.
Knowledge in ERP system
Have experience to Standard Operation : Work Instruction / procedure / Q-Point / Check sheet.
ISO19001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 / Core Tools / Risk management / D-SFM
Q1 / QCC / CCCF / Safety / 8D Report / APQP / 5Why
