Job Descriptions

• Lead QA support for the quality compliance activities at Vector Technologies Thailand • To maintain quality management and practices/processes within Vector Technologies, Thailand • Ensure all internal and external audits are performed and closed promptly. • Co-ordinate with other stakeholders to resolve Customer complaints and concerns. • Oversee and manage continuous improvement of the manufacturing process through developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, systems, and procedures through the medical devices quality management program. • Be responsible for developing and driving the organization’s audit and compliance framework. • Lead Investigations of potential product/process failures in support of the complaint and CAPA processes. • Work with the supply chain to manage the Approved Supplier list, performing quality assessments and supplier audits. • Conduct risk management activities such as FMEA, etc. • Overall management of 13485 quality management system.
