Job Descriptions
- วางแผนและกำกับการดำเนินงานคลินิกให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- คัดเลือก อบรม ติดตาม และประเมินผลการทำงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคลินิก
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพการบริการ รับฟังและแก้ปัญหาลูกค้า
- ดูแลให้คลินิกปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและรักษามาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
- วางแผนแคมเปญการตลาดและประชาสัมพันธ์คลินิก
- รับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานคลินิก อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- สามารถวางแผนงาน การบริหารบุคลากร และการจัดการปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความเป็นผู้นำสูง มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และเข้าใจวัฒนธรรมขององค์กรได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม รับฟังความคิดเห็นต่างและปรับใช้ได้เร็ว
- การใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ เช่น Microsoft Office, Google Sheet และ โปรแกรมของคลินิก
