Clicknext, a leading digital service provider, is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects including websites, business web applications, and mobile applications, taking projects from initial concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities -Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs to visualize user journeys. -Collaborate with senior team members and various teams to align design decisions with business goals. -Conduct user research and usability testing to refine user journeys and validate designs. -Work closely with the team to define project goals and success metrics for digital products. -Maintain and update design guidelines and style documentation for consistency across projects. -Test applications to evaluate and enhance the user experience based on user behavior. -Work alongside mobile and web developers to ensure seamless design implementation.

Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on responsive web design, web app, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful designs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts.
A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and consistency
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to ensure seamless user experiences.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to enhance the overall user experience.
