Job Descriptions

•Customer Acquisition and Target Achievement: oIdentify and secure new customers to expand the client base. oAchieve the sales targets set by the company. •Client Retention: oManage and renew Employee Benefits accounts, fostering high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. •Group Insurance Promotion: oPropose and promote group insurance products and service to clients. oDevelop and maintain positive relationships with both existing and new customers. •Sales Reporting: oPrepare and present detailed summaries of insurance sales through all channels. oHighlight and report challenges and obstacles to the supervisor. •Service Oversight: oEnsure that service provision meets the company's targets and revenue goals. oAlign service delivery with company policies and standards. •Compliance Monitoring: oMonitor and control insurance sales activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations established by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC). •Additional Duties: oPerform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Proven track record of successful sales performance and strong negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
Possession of a life insurance broker license and/or non-life insurance broker license is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and support collective goals.
