Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสภาพ และนับจำนวนสินค้าที่ทำการคืนจาก หน่วยงานหรือผู้ให้บริการ (Supplier, 3PL) ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ตรวจสอบสินค้า หากพบปัญหา ทำการแจ้งกับรายละเอียดไปที่ หน่วยงานหรือผู้ให้บริการ (Supplier, 3PL) ที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมบันทึกข้อมูล - ส่งข้อมูลของการรับคืนสินค้า (Return Report) หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ตรวจสอบสินค้าให้ตรงตามเอกสารของบริษัท (Fullfilment Doc.) และปฎิบัติตามขั้นตอนการรับคืนสินค้า (Retrun Process) - ลงบันทึกประจำวัน (Report) เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลการทำงาน - ควบคุมขั้นตอน การรับคืนสินค้า (Return) จากส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้อง - รายงาน และตอบข้อซักถามรวม ถึงปัญหาที่เกี่ยวกับสินค้าที่ทำการคืน (Return) กับภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามคำสั่งที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย **ไม่เข้ากะ**
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. สำเร็จการศึกษา ม.3 ขึ้นไป
  3. ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรม Excel/Word
  5. สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (จันทร์ ถึง เสาร์)
  6. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
