Job Descriptions
Major duties and responsibilities
- To operate in-out documents (Expense,Petty Cash, Memorandum
,Proposal etc.
- To set up meeting with Head of Divisions, expats , customers and
suppliers
- To make reports and presentations as assignments
- To book and arrange an accommodation, transportation and
flight tickers
- Guest reception
- To coordinate with related division
- Other assignments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related field
- Have education background from Secretary college will be an advantage
- 3 years experience as Secretary
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officer ( Excel, Power points)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
