Job Descriptions
•Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop concepts and designs for Packaging, Products, Booths, Gift Sets & Premium items, POSM, digital banners, and all types of printed materials. •Design patterns and product styles, create prototypes, prepare original artwork for production, and coordinate with printing houses. •Design patterns and product styles, and coordinate with vendors regarding mold design for product manufacturing. •Design various display formats for store installations and/or design patterns and formats for promotional tools such as Wobbles and Posters, and coordinate with suppliers for production of promotional materials. •Coordinate with Procurement and Marketing departments for pricing proposals. •Study and collect market trend data for product development and packaging design. •Monitor and stay updated on new Creative and Technology trends to enhance design development and innovation. •Study and analyze competitors in all aspects of print design. •Collaborate with Web Master to continuously update and modernize website design. •Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design or Graphic Design
  2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in commercial print design
  3. Proficient in computer software related to Graphic Design
  4. Excellent multi-tasking abilities with speed and efficient work traffic management
