Job Description:
•Responsible for the PCBA manufacturing process in consumer electronic products, to ensure the soldering level and manufacturing reliability.
•Improve SMT process and quality.
•Use specialized knowledge to improve and optimize equipment to increase efficiency and good productivity rates in the production line.
•Manage the production team, promote the stable and efficient work of production group members.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of SMT equipment (JUKI parts mounting machine will be preferred).
- Proficient in the principle of SMT equipment and can quickly analyze and solve problems that occur on site.
- Experience in the manufacturing process and production of consumer products.
- Strong sense of quality and have a good learning ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
