Job Descriptions
Job Description: The Technical Sales Engineer will handle all technical aspects of projects, ensuring proper equipment specification, layout design, and technical documentation to support the sales process. 1. Technical Planning: - Create detailed laundry layout designs - Develop MEP specifications - Perform capacity calculations - Prepare technical drawings - Configure equipment specifications 2. Engineering Support: - Manage and update CAD/Revit library - Create technical documentation - Provide installation specifications - Develop technical solutions - Conduct site surveys 3. Project Engineering: - Ensure technical feasibility of projects - Coordinate with contractors and installers - Review and validate technical specifications - Provide installation guidance - Offer technical troubleshooting 4. Documentation & Standards: - Maintain technical documentation - Create installation guides - Develop standard operating procedures - Ensure compliance with technical standards - Update technical libraries
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales, engineering, or technical sales role, preferably within the laundry equipment industry or a similar field and at least 1 year of experience in Project Engineering.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Proficiency in CAD and Revit software for the development and maintenance of symbol libraries and project visualization.
  5. Familiarity with product specification and configuration tools.
  6. Deep understanding of laundry systems and equipment, including knowledge of competitive products and industry trends is advantage.
