Job Descriptions
•ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ และคอยให้บริการลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบการใช้บริการของ PharmCare ทั้งในระบบ Line Official และระบบหน้า Website ของบริษัท •ตรวจสอบ เพื่อหาสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และหาแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อให้ลูกค้าสามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมของบริษัทฯ ได้อย่างราบรื่น •ให้คำแนะนำด้านการใช้งานแก่ผู้รับบริการ (ลูกค้าทั้งรูปแบบบริษัท และประชาชนทั่วไป) และผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น ร้านขายยา, แพทย์, เภสัชกร, นักโภชนาการ, นักกายภาพ เป็นต้น) เพื่อให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพ และให้ลูกค้า (ผู้รับและผู้ให้บริการ) เกิดความพึงพอใจกับการให้บริการอย่างสูงสุด •บริหารจัดการข้อมูลหลังบ้าน (Dashboard Management) อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
  1. จบปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา (ยินดีพิจารณารับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
  2. หากประสบการณ์ในงาน Customer Support, Admin Page, Social Network Admin จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีใจรักงานบริการ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  4. หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. รูปแบบการทำงานเป็นแบบเข้าออฟฟิศ + work from home (Hybrid)
  6. สามารถทำงานวันพฤหัส - วันจันทร์ได้ (ทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 5 วัน /หยุดทุกวันอังคาร - พุธ)
