Job Descriptions

Sales Coordinator • Create necessary documents to support sales, e.g. quotation, sales tax invoice, etc. • Respond to customers' calls and emails, and offer the right products based on customers' requirements • Ensure the correctness of product stock • Manage schedule of product delivery to customers, and ensure that products reach customers in timely manner พนักงานประสานงานขาย • จัดทำเอกสารที่จำเป็นต่องานขาย เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ใบกำกับภาษี เป็นต้น • โต้ตอบกับลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมล์ รวมทั้งเสนอรายการสินค้าที่ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า • จัดทำใบเบิกสินค้าออกจากสต็อค • ควบคุมงานจัดส่งสินค้า เพื่อให้สินค้าไปถึงลูกค้าได้อย่างถูกตรง และตรงตามกำหนดการ
