Job Descriptions
Job responsibilities
- Present products and services information to the customers.
Keep in touch with the customers on a regular basis to enhance and maintain the relationship
- Advise customers on market conditions, trends, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Manage the properties portfolio.
- Participate in Sales events and call the prospect list derived from the event for follow-up.
- Prepare sales reports for presentation to the supervisors.
- Follow up on all documentation through to sales process and after-sales requirements
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารที่ดี มีใจรักงานบริการ และงานขาย
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีรถส่วนตัวจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ได้
